You will have the opportunity to work on UI-intensive customer-centered web applications and applications that provide high performance, highly scalable, real time behavioral classification. Required skills: + 5+ years experience with Perl (functional and OO) and mod_perl. + Successful delivery of several Internet-based applications using open source development technologies like Perl, Java, JavaScript, XML, and SQL. These applications should demonstrate a level of development versatility and creativity along with sensitivity to user interactions, workflow and application performance. + A demonstrated proficiency in understanding and using complex data models. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical concepts, ideas and details to technical and non-technical individuals. + BSCS, BSCE, or BSEE required. Desired skills: + Experience deploying high-performance Apache applications using the 3.x DBI/DBD services.
