We have multiple openings with a VERY highly regarded client in the Seattle
area, known around the world.

Main skills needed are Perl and OR Mason. Want a high level web dev that
has lots of exp/knowledge w/ Perl or Mason. Also a background in either C++
or Java is helpful, but certainly not required.  

The info below is all icing on the cake.  PERL or MASON Web Devs is what
they want!  Mgr told us that PHP could replace mason, but prefers
candidates to have mason.  He also said, they could have perl OR mason, but
prefers candidates have both.  


SDE I / II – Front End Development Teams (remember, info above is the real
need for this role)

Job Description

Typical background is a graduate software development engineer with up to 5
years of development experience. Must show an interest in a broad range of
technologies and interested in developing enterprise grade software and/or
web sites. Candidates will be responsible for detailed functional designs,
code development and system integration focused on enterprise grade
ecommerce websites built, hosted, and maintained on client's technology. 

• Technology skills will vary based on experience, but we are looking for
candidates with C++, Perl, Mason, Java, Web Services, HTML, XML, Apache and
Oracle experience / knowledge
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they are well grounded in the
fundamentals of Object Oriented Design and have knowledge of design
patterns with particular emphasis on MVC
• Depending on experience level, candidates must have and be able to
demonstrate software design capabilities
• Knowledge or experience with template languages such as MVC frameworks
such as JSF, Struts 
• Knowledge or experience with software best practices of Test Driven
Development (TDD), refactoring and continuous integration is a plus as is
project experience using agile / iterative development processes
• Candidate must demonstrate ability to multi-task, quickly adapt to new
development environments and changing business requirements, learn new
systems and technologies, and find creative and scalable solutions to
difficult problems.
