Description:
Front End (Perl, Apache, SQL Database). The role will involve development
of Web based thin-client Graphical User Interfaces to high quality
standards using Unix/Linux based servers. You will have experience across
the full software development lifecycle: Requirements Analysis, Design,
Implementation, Testing and an understanding of client/server and
distributed application development principles.

Required skills:
Developing thin client Web based Graphical User Interfaces to high quality
standards using Unix/Linux based servers.
Server side application development 
Client side JavaScript experience
Understanding of client/server and distributed application development 
Understanding of Graphical User Interface design principles.


Desired skills:
Multi-tier software architecturs
Knowledge of the Mason UI framework
Thick client UI development using Java/C++
Thin client development using server side frameworks such as Java
Servlets/JSP/ASP.Net
Automated GUI Testing tools and approaches
Knowledge of SMTP-based e-mail systems and protocols
LDAP based directory services
Web filtering and Proxy Applications
