Position: Senior Software/Web Developer

You:
A born problem solver, your strong understanding of object-oriented
development methodologies will guide you as you implement software designs,
troubleshoot/debug problems and integrate your software components with
other developers’. Multitasking will be your middle name as you have your
fingers in many pies. You will work on primary projects, and have key
involvement with additional crucial deliverables.

You’ll have a lot of responsibility, and a lot of freedom to rise to your
daily challenges in your own creative way. If you like being micro-managed,
this is not the company for you!

Responsibilities: 
- Develop and architect internet applications, from start to finish
- Maintain the existing web applications and support ongoing enhancements
of current infrastructure
- Manage and guide a team of junior developers

Qualifications:
- University undergrad degree in Math, Computer Science or Software
Engineering
- 2+ years of development experience in PERL 
- Must exhibit strong knowledge of OOP, data modeling and process design
- Work experience with SOAP, XML, Sales Force (Apex API) and other CRM
applications
- Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills
- Self-evident adaptability, tolerance for stress and ability to work to
tight deadlines under minimal supervision
- Proven ability to proactively identify, analyze, recommend and/or
implement solutions for problems
- Must exhibit a willingness to learn constantly, in both the technical and
the business realm
