FW: JPL installation on Windows

Hi,

We are in the process of installing JPL on Windows. We require an interface
from Perl to Java. We have downloaded the perl5.005_03.tar.gz file from the
web site search.cpan.org.
We are unable to run a Perl program which calls the interfaces JPL supports
Eg. JPL::Class.
Could you please guide us in this connection? Do we need to do any
additional environment settings? If so, where do we find the information?
