You may find the information from the source tree at win32/makefile.mk: # uncomment to enable use of PerlCRT.DLL when using the Visual C compiler. # Highly recommended. It has patches that fix known bugs in MSVCRT.DLL. # This currently requires VC 5.0 with Service Pack 3 or later. # Get it from CPAN at http://www.perl.com/CPAN/authors/id/D/DO/DOUGL/ # and follow the directions in the package to install. # #USE_PERLCRT *= define Good luck, Chunyan Wei -----Original Message----- From: Sameena Patel [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, May 24, 2000 3:58 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Help!! Hi, I am running Perl5.6 on Winnt (i got the binary version from activestate) and i tried to install JPL. In the installation it tells me to copy a file named PerlCrt.lib from a directory to another. But, i do not have any such file. Can anyone tell where to get the file from? I am new to the list. Thanx ~Sam
