Thanks for your various updates to JPL - is there any chance you could
create a context diff between what's in CVS and what you have? Did you
work from the original CVS sources?  

A recursive context diff (diff -r -c jpl/ jpl-orig/) would make it easier
for me to examine your changes, integrate them, and test them on whatever
testbeds I happen to have handy.  If you are working exclusively under
Windows, perhaps it is possible to create this diff with whatever Windows
CVS client you are using?
