I'm trying to install the jpl that comes with 5.6 on a Linux Debian(potato) machine. With any of JDK 1.1.3,1.2, or 1.3(identical problem in all cases). The install-jpl script errors out with gcc complaining about undefined 'thr' in PerlInterpreter.c.(see below) Any suggestions? -Tupshin -----------------------------log--------------------------------------- debian:/usr/src/perl-5.6.0/jpl# ./install-jpl JPL_SRC = /usr/src/perl-5.6.0/jpl JAVA_HOME = /usr/lib/jdk1.2.2 You need to decide which directory JPL files are to be installed in.
