Help with formatting

Hi,
I have installed latest version of Kwiki, but I seem to have a problem
with formatting:

In that page, this code:

[http://test.to This is a test].[http://test.to This is a test]

Is formatted as an <a href in the first case, but not in the second.
Is there some obscure formatting config file I've failed to edit, or
what?
