RCS errors

Hi!

Since Monday morning (after hard rebooting our server), the Archive::RCS
on my Kwiki install has been giving me problems and error messages
whenever I updated or checked the revisions of a page. The weird thing
is, the "ci" command works fine on the command line or when run from
Perl directly.

Imagine my surprise when finally I googled for the actual error message
and find that, on BugReports, someone has reported the exact same thing
for kwiki.org! Does anyone have a clue what the problem is here and why
it would occur now? I'm desperately looking for a way to fix this!
