Kwiki Block Quotes

I used to use CGI::Kwiki 0.18 and used the code on 
http://www.kwiki.org/?KwikiBlockquotes to allow me to have <blockquote> 
elements. However, I also needed lists with closing </li> tags, so I 
upgraded to Kwiki 0.33. Unfortunately, I can't get the code on 
http://www.kwiki.org/?KwikiBlockquotes to work with Kwiki 0.33.

I've hacked the modules a bit, at the strictly cargo-cult level, and 
have come up with something that doesn't crash my wiki, but doesn't seem 
to do anythine else either. You can see my two modules at

I really don't know what I'm doing (I'm a tech writer first, perl hacker 
second) and I'd truly appreciate some help with this.

I'm also trying to develop a MT plugin that will allow me to use my 
modified Kwiki formatting on my blogs - I don't know if that makes any 
difference to the best way to modify Kwiki.
