Kwiki-0.34 needs HTTP::BrowserDetect apparently

Installing the new Kwiki-0.34 with CPANPLUS it looks like it is
failing because HTTP::BrowserDetect isn't installed, even though
there is no notice about this being a prerequisite.

After I installed it, I was able to install Kwiki. Although I had
some other problems with IO::All and Spiffy.

But I don't know what those problems were and I was able to solve
them, so I'm not going to mention them. ;-)
