I wrote a plugin a few days ago, that creates cleaner kwiki urls, just
like what was suggested on that page. I put it up on

 http://kwiki.org/?KwikiCoolURI

I wanted to rewrite the hooks for Kwiki 0.37, before releasing it, but
I haven't had time to install it yet.
