Hi Kwiki developers,

what has happened to the privacy feature from version 0.18?

I have set up several Kwikis for different projects.  And they all
need that privacy feature.  I really would like to upgrade to
the new Kwiki version, but without such a feature I can't.

Is there any intention to add such a similar functionality?
