Released perl-ldap 0.58

Hi all,

after a hiatus due to real life, I just release perl-ldap 0.58 to CPAN:
        http://search.cpan.org/dist/perl-ldap/
The changes included are listed at the end of this email.

For those of you directly pulling from GitHub, the repository
        https://github.com/perl-ldap/perl-ldap
has been updated accordingly.
