Occasional Crashes in Net::FTP

Hi.

I am experiencing infrequent (and unpredictable) crashes in the Net::FTP
module.  I am running perl 5.005_03 on a Redhat 6.2 box with the most
current Bundle::libnet from CPAN.  The error message I get is


Bad arg length for Socket::unpack_sockaddr_in, length is 0, should be 16 at
/usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux/Socket.pm line 295.

Any ideas on what this could be?  Suggestions for a fix?
