libwin32 svn repository imported into github

Just as a test, I managed to import all of libwin32 svn
into github.

Jan, please can you have a look?

I seem to recall we didn't reach a final decision on this,
but just in case, can we proceed?

Tags are a bit funny, because they were stored in
2-level folders in svn, so the effect in git is
a bit strange :)

I guess you could just clone, and we all
could start forking from there?

I've also successfully imported Win32-API history
alone,
