Hi cosimo,

please cosider applying my patch for building Win32::API with 64bit GNU
compiler/assembler (e.g. strawberry perl).

Look at: http://github.com/kmx/perl5-win32-api (I have just sent you pull
request via github)

With this patch Win32::API builds fine on 64strawberry perl; however there are
still 2 failing tests:
t/01_Struct.t - test 5 (perl.exe crashes)
t/03_undef.t - test 3
