Win32::ChangeNotify may have some minor problems with the second argument $subtree.
No matter what input 0 or 1 for subtree, it always checks the change in sub folders

My perl is v5.10.1 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
My program is running on Window XP

This module is very nice. I like it very much.
