The correct fix is talking to whoever maintains cygwin.asm and fixing
the bug in cygwin.asm and waiting for a new cygwin release. I'm not sure
who's or what bug ticket system (linux GCC, binutils, mingw, cygwin,
etc) is responsible for this file. I am done with this ticket until I
hear more input.
