Fixed in 0.69. From changes file

   - Fixed RT #77048, shorts and short typedefs crashed since 'S'
     was mapped wrong to structs, fix in Win32::API::More, struct now 'T'
     in ::More, 'S'/'s' now dies on Win32::API if not Win32::APU::Sturct
