Adopt HTML::Formatter?

I see you're advertising that HTML::Formatter is up for adoption. I
don't know that I'm prepared to do active development on it, but I'm up
to reviewing incoming bug reports and pull requests, and there's one
somewhat trivial bug <https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=175046>
that I just found myself that I would like to fix. I already maintain a
couple other Perl modules in CPAN <https://metacpan.org/author/JIK> so
I'm happy to add this one to the list as a low-maintenance module if
you're interested in having me do that.
