I guess some bytes are wasted but otherwise JNP> Event will need two different kinds of linked lists... do you mean insque and remque? they are standard unix lib calls which do some linked list stuff for you. i have used them in a generic linked list module which was used by an event loop system i wrote. i wasn't worried about storgae size but cleanliness of the code.
