I'm not sure what's going on ... I copied the script from the mail, and
it run out of the box on my Linux box with Event 0.81 and perl 5.6.0.
Next week I hope to have a chance to try it on Solaris with perl
5.00503. Currently it sounds like an installation problem to me (the
first error message is "Can't locate loadable object for module
Event").
