FAIL Event-0.83 IP27-irix 6.4

This distribution has been tested as part of the cpan-testers

README.IRIX's patch appears to be needed on IRIX 6.4 as well as IRIX 6.5. I'm
afraid that Trey's SGI code only works on early IRIX versions...
