Many bugfixes, lots of additional files (pretty much all of cpan-mac), and
it is working pretty well for an alpha.  Don't forget to test (read the
instructions on the Testing page for how to run the MacPerlTests.cmd
script) and send in your bug reports to SourceForge.

To build, you should use GUSI 2.1.8 (released last week).
