HTML-Parser-3.23 & Comprss-Zlib-1.12 has been ported to MacPerl.

Best installed using cpan-mac, either with the CPAN shell, or the 
installme droplet.  From the CPAN shell, type:

    cpan> install K/KI/KIMURA/HTML-Parser-3.23-bin-1-Mac.tgz
    cpan> install K/KI/KIMURA/Comprss-Zlib-1.12-bin-1-Mac.tgz
