You were trying to install a new version of Archive::Tar before, 
and was looking for a new port of Compress::Zlib.  I ported 
Compress::Zlib but Archive::Tar was not Mac compatible and we 
failed to use this module.

Isn't Archive::Tar doing something wrong here that you are 
failing to install new modules?

What happend with HTML-Parser-3.25?  Have you successfully 
installed it?
