need asn1, ldap, imap modules

i just wrote a really nifty perl script in linux, and now i need it to run 
on a mac.  i've just discovered it isn't nearly as easy to comile the perl 
modules in mac as it is in unix.  does anyone have binaries of the following 
modules?:

Convert::ASN1
Net::LDAP
Net::IMAP

i don't know if you need this information, but i'm using OS X ver 10.2.8 and 
perl ver 5.6.0
