standalone builder

Hello Morbus,

please see attached a new version of StandaloneBuilder.
Your application is a real challenge ;)

But finally I could successfully start amphetadesk!
I haven't found the best possible solution yet for
  use lib './lib'
statements.

Just drag&drop amphetadesk.pl onto the run-standalone-builder droplet
and afterwards copy everything from your own "lib:" folder to the
newly created lib folder.
