I think for now I will leave it as-is.  If someone wants to patch it, great
(although we might want to find a way to do Nav services if it is
available, still).  Similarly, I might want to port the other file dialogs
to NavServices at some point ... so maybe I'll look into it if I get around
to that (or someone else can, if they want to do it).
