The (shared) NavigationLib should work with System 7.5.5 and higher. I found a note in the MacZoop (a C++ framework) distribution. Btw, IM "Programming With Navigation Services" doesn't even mention it, although there's a chapter "Requirements". Don't know where it's officially documented.
