Summary: Droplets don't open MacPerl

Initial Comment:
I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but droplets will 
not
open up MacPerl 5.6.1b4. I get the message
   Failed to launch MacPerl. Either 
   you don't have MacPerl or your 
   desktop needs to be rebuilt.
But I do have MacPerl and I have rebuilt my 
desktop to no
avail. I am running MacOS 8.6.

When MacPerl is open, droplets work fine.
