I believe there's something about that in the README.jp in the
bleadperl.  Not directly related to Jperl, but there are news about
the Unicode goodies of Perl 5.8 for mainland/Taiwanese Chinese and
Koreans in the README.cn, README.tw, README.ko, respectively.
