What version of MacPerl are you working with?  5.2.0r4 is old, and I don't
still support it.  5.6.1r1 is current -- released in March -- and its
instructions are here:

	http://dev.macperl.org/?build

You need to replace your BuildProgram with another one (this was the same
with 5.2.0r4 though, IIRC).
