[MacPerl-Porters] [PATCH] MacPerl app Makefile.mk

Hi,

as promised, here's a patch to ":macperl:Makefile.mk". It adds a '-pg 8192'
switch to ApplLinkSC, and, while I'm at it, changes the PPCLink '-sym on'
switch to '-sym big', which makes the evaluation of variables in the Power
Mac Debugger notably faster.
