I think this is why Matthias said the problem is not solvable in GUSI.
Unless Mac OS supplies an API for it (which at this point is more than
unlikely, being that Mac OS is EOL'd) ... I don't know how this data would
be figured out by GUSI.

Also note that Israel's DST changes from year to year arbitrarily (not
based on any particular calendar or regular schedule) and IIRC Iraq's is
based on the Muslim calendar or somesuch; and other countries change what
schedule they use every decade or so.  Fun fun fun.
