So whatever the latest LWP is will likely be included. What might also be cool -- I haven't tested it yet -- is that you might be able to use the Web Installer to update your modules. So I could say "there's a new version of these modules, run the Web Installer and get the new files" and it'll Just Work. This also leaves open the opportunity to split the Library installation option into various groups, e.g. Perl Standard Library, MacPerl Modules, Bundled Modules.
