cgi script?

Hi,

The newer MacPerl version (one of the alpha releases) doesn't have the cgi
script in the extensions folder. Is this just not implemented yet, or is
there now an alternative to save cgi scripts? I use this so I can test perl
cgi scripts off line with MacHTTP.
