[MacPerl - WebCGI] Problems with Windows 2000 server...

Hi All,

Has anyone encountered a problem with converting time
values to dates (using localtime or gmtime) on a
Windows 2000 server?

I have a script that runs fine on the Mac, and on an
Apache server (after a tweek for the epoch date), but
I just get zeros back when I run the same script on a
Windows 2000 server.

Any ideas?
