PLEASE HELP ADDING HTML CODE TO CGI PAGE

Hi All

Im new in this. I wil like to now two things:

I had a cgi-page done by a button.
In the cgi-page appear the word: 
hello!
Can I add a html code in the page cgi-code?
Can someone give me an example.

Is there the posibility to send the cgi-bin page to a search engines?
How can I do it?
