Adam: I have BBEdit 6.0.2 and I have tried the "Options button in the Save As panel", but it don't happen that way anymore. The new BBEdit 6.0.2 has a "Save As" via the "in the window buttons". This provides the opportunity to save the file as: Mac OS (0D) end of line Unix (0A) end of line DOS (0D0A) end of line So, all I need to know now is which one to use in what situation. Thanks for you direction. tedd -- http://sperling.com/
