Following up on some CPANTesters results I have uploaded a new version
1.49 just a few minutes ago. This deprecates the recently added
EU_ALWAYS_COPY and replaces it with the properly named
EU_INSTALL_ALWAYS_COPY, removes some prereqs that were confusing
CPANPLUS and skips some tests that fail as root when run as root.
