make zipdist on Win32

Hello!

   Does anybody use `make zipdist` on Windows?
If yes, where can I download 'zip.exe' which it uses?

I want to create .zip CPAN dists, as I use Windows and my .tar.gz dists 
will be rejected by PAUSE. So I want to either install zip.exe or modify 
EU::MM to use other zip.
