perl-midi intrument and note chart

Hi,

I took the number2patch, number2percussion, and number2note hashes
from MIDI.pm and used a2ps to print them out on a single "cheatsheet"
for beginners (like me) to have a quick reference.
There is a zip file at

if you are interested. It includes a txt, .ps, and pdf version for
printout. The printout of the .ps file seems to work best for me.
