MIDI-Perl 0.81 out (more cowbell)

Recently stumbled on the fact that the current version of MIDI-Perl in CPAN 
had old-style tests -- a test.pl file, instead of a t/whatever.t file.  So 
I started spiffing up the dist today, and ended up also spellchecking the 
docs, fixing some stale URLs, and adding more tests, just for kicks.
There were no substantive changes to the Perl code tho.

But if you do install this version, you will have the joy of seeing this 
fly by at the "make test" stage:
t/20_cowbell....ok
