PAUSE indexing failure

hello all,

I am not sure if the is the right place to ask, please kick me (gently) in the right direction if you know where I should inquire

I have renamed a pm file in a distribution from:

LOCAL.pm to Local.pm

When uploading new releases I get the following error from the PAUSE indexer.

Status: Permission missing
==========================

    module : Date::Holidays::Adapter::Local
    version: 1.08
    in file: lib/Date/Holidays/Adapter/Local.pm
    status : Not indexed because of case mismatch.
The message might origin from this component: https://github.com/andk/pause/blob/master/lib/PAUSE/package.pm <https://github.com/andk/pause/blob/master/lib/PAUSE/package.pm>, but I am not sure.

Does anybody now how I fix this or have suggestions for things I could try out.

Hoping to hear from somebody, since the issue has occurred with every upload since the renaming.
