Hi Marcus, I noticed that I opened some PRs in 2017 that are still waiting
for your feedback on IPC-Sysv.

Today I've added a few extra:
- GitHub Continuous integration
- enable strict and warnings to the testsuite

I would appreciate your feedback on them.
If you do not have time to work on IPC-Sysv anymore, please let me know I
would gladly take co-mainternship permission for this distribution and help
you releasing new versions.
