Activity for Time::Moment

Hello Perl Module authors, and Pause Admins,

I am inquiring about the activity of Time::Moment (
https://metacpan.org/pod/Time::Moment).

I see that it has not been updated since 2018 and that there are
outstanding open issues.

Does someone have future plans to resolved the open issues? (I would be
willing to co-maintain the module, but I am not proficient (yet) in xs
coding).

Or perhaps there is another module which I should instead use, which I may
not be aware of yet.

I would really like to have a faster alternative to DateTime which can
create duration objects like DateTime::subtract_datetime does.

Let me know what I should best do.
