I am not sure what your options would be without access to the email
account that has registered the account, but if there are any, the PAUSE
admins reachable at [email protected] would know. It may be that you will
need to register a new PAUSE account, but as your CPAN directory is mostly
empty and you have no module permissions so far, it's not much of an issue
in either case.
